Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Assist with new employee tours and onboarding processes
  • Open and distribute mail to the correct departments or individuals
  • Follow project plans and provide support to various departments as needed
  • Communicate effectively across departments and adjust to shifting priorities
  • Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming front office environment
  • Enter data and support daily tasks within Global Shop Solutions (ERP), including vendor invoicing, purchase orders, and payment processing
  • Matching invoices with purchase orders and packing slips
  • Managing remote bank deposits, customer invoicing, and payment posting
  • Reconciling vendor statements and credit card transactions
  • Monitoring accounts receivable aging and supporting follow-up
  • Maintaining financial records and assisting with credit applications

Requirements

  • 1+ year of administrative, office support, or manufacturing office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and a proactive problem-solver
  • Comfortable using ERP systems (Global Shop Solutions experience is a plus)
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented personality
