Requirements

  • 3+ years in an administrative or support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct executive and departmental support, including scheduling, travel, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and professional communications.
  • Maintain records and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support office operations, vendor coordination, and supply management.
  • Collaborate with HR/IT to facilitate onboarding and administrative processes.
  • Track project deliverables, coordinate events, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Draft newsletters, updates, and announcements to keep teams connected.
