About The Position

The Business Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Regional Business Manager by serving as a central communication and documentation hub between ProSource members, vendors, and internal teams. This position is often the first point of contact for members, making it essential that every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional ProSource member experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and relationship-driven, with the ability to translate conversations and activity into clear, actionable insights that support both member success and internal alignment. In addition to the responsibilities outlined in the Business Support Coordinator job description, this role will actively support and advance ProSource’s V11 initiatives by serving as an engagement and coordination partner across teams and member touch points.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for member inquiries, ensuring timely and clear communication.
  • Support follow-up processes tied to member engagement, ensuring no gaps in communication or accountability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all member interactions within Salesforce.
  • Monitor and support Salesforce data quality, ensuring member and vendor records are complete and actionable.
  • Maintain and update dashboards related to leads, events, observations, and quarterly engagement activity.
  • Support reporting and follow-up processes:
  • Pull and follow up weekly on lead generation and missing sales data reports.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to members to encourage participation in training programs and V11 working groups.
  • Track member interest, participation, and feedback to support engagement strategy.
  • Collaborate with Events, Marketing, and Education teams to ensure smooth and valuable member experience.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to members to encourage awareness, enrollment, and participation in V11 programs and initiatives.
  • Serve as a consistent follow-up resource for members participating in V11 related activities, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and continuity of experience.
  • Track member interest, participation, progress, and feedback related to V11 initiatives within Salesforce and related dashboards.
  • Support visibility into engagement trends and insights to inform ongoing V11 strategy and member success initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the V11 Facilitator and Events/Marketing team to ensure every member interaction related to V11 is smooth, welcoming, well-coordinated, and value-driven.
  • Attend in-person V11 meetings at the ProSource 1010 Experience Center to support member engagement, coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with work hours to support evening or extended schedules as required during V11 meetings and member events.
  • Help ensure accurate documentation and communication flow between member-facing activity and internal teams to support alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement of V11 initiatives.
