About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years delivering excellent client service experience in a white glove capacity.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate initiative and a can-do attitude, able to take on additional responsibilities or projects as assigned.
• Strong prioritization and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Project management skills a plus.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and visitors, offering them a seat and a beverage, and alerting colleagues of their arrival.
• Oversee and maintain public areas, coordinate facilities issues, and create repair and maintenance tickets.
• Receive and notify colleagues of deliveries and inform them of any vendor office visits to maintain a secure work environment.
• Manage visiting colleague visits by coordinating schedules, drafting itineraries for meetings, and setting up temporary visitor office space.
• Order, track, and maintain supplies for the office and kitchen.
• Assist with internal and external colleague and client events, including managing guest lists, RSVPs, and event logistics.
• Oversee maintenance and use of the Moke.
