Reporting to the Sr Manager of Application Design and Development, the Business Support Analyst (BSA) will provide the appropriate support to ensure the efficient and effective use of JDE, DSI and other Nellson systems. This involves the troubleshooting of issues, development of documentation, training of users for day-to-day tasks to ensure that they have the proper knowledge of their roles to complete them efficiently. This role will be the first level of support, managing the tickets coming into Helpdesk and will help to triage the same. They will also help maintain documentation for training purposes.
