As a Business Support Analyst at Michelin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational performance within your domain. Your primary responsibility will be to assist users by resolving operational queries and issues to the best of your ability. When necessary, you will escalate these issues to the Business Support Experts or the Level 2 IS Support teams. You will also ensure that processes and applications, including their configurations, are correctly implemented and utilized by the users. An important aspect of your role will be to update user documentation, including procedures and operating modes, to reflect any changes or improvements in processes. In addition to user support, you will be involved in training and development initiatives. This includes identifying the business skills that need enhancement and providing training to users to help them improve their competencies. You will contribute to the development of a network that fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing among users. You will also play a key role in the evolution of processes by communicating feedback to the Business Support Expert regarding the performance levels of processes and applications. This feedback will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and necessary changes. Furthermore, you will participate in the deployment of new processes and tools, ensuring that they are effectively integrated into the existing operational framework.
