The Clerk IV position is responsible for a variety of clerical tasks that support and are associated with a particular functional area within the Company. The role involves gathering, inputting, and maintaining administrative and subject matter information for the department, as well as producing reports for departmental use. The Clerk IV may work outside of assigned duties and is expected to be an expert in their area of responsibility, planning their own daily work and working under minimal supervision. This position requires resolving complex problems within the area of responsibility and may involve recommending changes in procedures, reviewing progress, and evaluating results.
