A Typical Day The Business Support Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring operations run smoothly for the digital technology division, especially as it relates to people, events, and special projects. Ensure deliverables are well coordinated and fulfilled in accordance with senior executive expectations and quality standards. Also provide administrative support to senior executive leadership as needed.

  • Provide administrative support for senior executive leadership.
  • Handle matters with confidentiality and provide daily administration of meeting planning, travel logistics, and compilation of special reports.
  • Act as the single point of contact for senior executive leadership in digital technology organization and liaison with other internal department executive support.
  • Serve as a liaison between the division and internal clients.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives for multiple divisions; including developing and defining goals & initiatives and reporting monthly metrics for meeting defined targets.
  • Serve as a project manager for numerous internal business projects with management, which includes logistical, operational, and budget implications.
  • Responsible for maintaining space plans and working with facilities and technology to coordinate moves.
  • Coordinate staff events such as staff appreciation lunches and events led by the culture committee and site / division meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field required.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Project management, project planning, and schedule management skills.
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and mathematical skills, and sound judgment.
  • Must be highly proficient in Google Docs Suite & Microsoft Office.
