This position will have responsibility for Behavioral Health (BH) division-wide leadership of the Director's Office team in the annual planning process for supporting the division and all employees, including evaluating outcomes and processes, developing goals, monitoring progress, and making strategic changes. Provide leadership in facilitation, consensus-building, and collaboration on complex issues. Responsible for budgetary and financial management of the BH Director's Office team; authorizes the redistribution of available resources of staff, budget, materials, etc. to meet changing program needs. Oversee and manage various communication channels, including the Behavioral Health Division intranet, updating printed materials, ensuring style guidelines are adhered to, and logo management. Develop and implement Project Management and Continuous Quality Improvement processes, managing requests and prioritizing projects, facilitating project planning, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring proper documentation and closeout.
