As a Business Strategy Principal, you will lead Agile training and coaching efforts, providing mentorship over the Portfolio Operating Model, which includes portfolio-level value-driven governance. Your role will involve evaluating strategic objectives, formulating strategic direction, and influencing decision-making based on business trends and data analytics. You will engage in ongoing discussions with peer partners across various internal workgroups, providing clear, fact-based recommendations on identified priorities. Additionally, you will participate in cross-functional meetings, offering insights and guidance to peers, managers, and directors in partner teams. Collaboration with different areas across the enterprise will be essential to discuss changes impacted by strategic recommendations. You will develop strategic frameworks and manage processes to build business scenarios, providing a point of view on key strategic issues across major business dimensions such as governance, portfolio operations, and technology. In this role, you will leverage your experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, and Portfolio Governance functions, particularly in large digital companies. Your expertise in training and coaching others in Agile roles will be crucial, as will your ability to lead large-scale Agile transformation efforts. A strong technical understanding will enable you to determine value, prioritize tasks, and solve critical problems effectively. You will need exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization, influencing and building strong relationships. Your ability to communicate status, issues, risks, and challenges clearly will be vital, as will your skills in creating concise presentations. A solid understanding of learning and development principles, particularly in a technical context, will also be important. You will utilize work management tools and Agile taxonomy to facilitate your work, employing advanced problem-solving skills to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex matrix organization.
