Job Summary: The Business Strategy & Market Insights Specialist supports the development and execution of company strategy by driving coordination across strategic initiatives and building market intelligence that informs decision-making. This role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategic direction into execution plans, surface risks and misalignment, and ensure progress across priority initiatives. In parallel, the role is responsible for developing market insights through qualitative and quantitative research, including primary research, stakeholder interviews, and analysis in complex market environments where data is often fragmented or incomplete. The position requires strong judgment, collaboration, and the ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
