About The Position

Business Strategy Manager The Business Strategy Manager serves as an internal consultant, evaluating emerging business development opportunities. This role involves conducting detailed analyses to identify performance improvements while actively managing and escalating risks or customer-impacting issues to management. Responsibilities Provides support to Regional International Markets teams, in areas such as, reporting, invoice processing, incentive forecast management, monitoring key contract and incentive information, creating, and facilitating training to sales teams Co-develops work plans, executes work-streams, and develops fact-based recommendations for strategic problems Executes against ad hoc leader’s requests Develops a credible fact base and/or business plans to substantiate strategic recommendations Serves as a thought partner to the rest of the executive team Co-develops and implements strategies (ranging from broad, division-wide initiatives to more targeted Business Unit-specific recommendations), supports business planning, explores business development opportunities, and contributes to clear and concise presentations for senior leadership Drives continual improvement through process discipline and innovation Proactively identifies and acts on business opportunities and challenges; anticipates risks and plans for contingencies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 6 years of payments industry experience in financial services or management consulting
  • At least 4 years of sales support, project management, process management or product management experience within international markets
  • At least 2 years of experience using Salesforce to build reporting for data analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Business or Science
  • Oracle knowledge for invoice processing and contracting
  • Experience in credit cards
