About The Position

The MME (market messaging and engagement) business strategy manager (BSM) is responsible for leading cross functional teams that create powerful messaging for sales & account managers, market-facing physicians and consultants responsible for workforce health to use in their market-facing engagements with employer customers, brokers and consultants (channel partners). The MME BSM develops a market-focused understanding of key areas of strategic importance to KP's customers and builds a business strategy to represent how KP delivers these capabilities. The BSM works collaboratively with multiple business partners to bring the most powerful messaging forward for our market-facing teams. They develop subject matter expertise and provide consultation to customers and our market-facing teams in their areas of responsibility. The MME BSM also develops content and speaker coaching for key thought leadership events - both externally for customers and channel partners and internally to equip sales & account management teams to effectively represent KP in the most compelling way. The MME BSM is a translator between KP's clinical perspectives, data capabilities and the priorities of the business-to-business marketplace. The MME BSM collaborates with other BSMs and colleagues (primarily marketing, but also Customer Analytics and Reporting and KP Digital partners) to leverage work, optimize complex business processes and organize priorities. The MME BSM also leads a function to triage difficult customer requests and requirements to the most efficient, appropriate parts of the organization.
