Job Description: This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners. LOB Specific Description: This job is responsible for leading operations of a highly complex environment, connecting with line of business partners to grow the business responsibly while driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include building and executing business initiatives and/or processes, while partnering with line of business stakeholders. Job expectations include developing a cross-channel experience that delivers exceptional client care while innovating cross channel development, managing key performance indicators, and leadership development. Requirements

  • 5+ years experience directly managing a team, preferably in a virtual environment
  • Financial Center and or ACS leadership experience
