About The Position

As a CPG Specialist, your role will involve leading Analytics and AI projects for our CPG clients from a functional perspective. Additionally, you will act as an advisor to the client, helping define their strategy, establishing roadmaps, and aligning their priorities with their long-term objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Degree in STEM fields preferred; candidates with Business or Management degrees and additional training in AI, Big Data, or Data & Analytics will also be considered.
  • Strong business acumen within the CPG and Retail sectors with clear knowledge of the industry challenges, key business processes, and industry-specific use cases.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting projects with a strong focus on AI and/or data strategy.
  • Proven analytical mindset and advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities, with the capacity to create executive-level documents and high-quality presentations that deliver clear, structured messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional delivery of complex Analytics and AI projects, collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business requirements.
  • Supervision of analytical model results, development of insights, and recommendations for improving the client's strategy and business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value use cases and design actionable plans to deliver impact at scale.
  • Evaluate and recommend data providers, technological solutions, and advanced tools tailored to client needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and resources effectively.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
