Job Description: This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners.

  • Support and lead the execution of the Private Bank Data Strategy, focusing on automation, process optimization, and data integrity.
  • Develop and communicate a strategic vision for data sourcing, usage, and governance.
  • Design and implement automated solutions using enterprise-approved BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx).
  • Leverage deep understanding of the Private Bank SDP data repository to improve data accessibility, lineage tracking, and reporting accuracy.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from complex systems.
  • Ensure all reporting and automation solutions are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business and risk requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve existing processes through creative, scalable automation.
  • Stay current with emerging BI technologies and proactively explore new tools to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Willingly take ownership of and lead multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
  • Make informed, timely decisions to drive progress and resolve issues independently or in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Partner with Technology, Line of Business stakeholders, and Control partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive initiatives to improve data quality, transparency, and usability.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Private Bank systems and the SDP data repository.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx; experience with other BI tools is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data strategy, automation, and program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commitment to data quality and accuracy in reporting and automation.
  • Creative problem-solver with an automation-first mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Decisive and confident in making recommendations and driving execution.
  • Strong documentation skills, with experience creating and maintaining reporting logic and desktop procedures.

  • Experience working in financial services or a regulated environment is preferred.
