About The Position

As a Commercial Strategy Manager II, you'll contribute to the design and execution of commercial strategies that grow revenue and market share. You'll partner with product and business teams to shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans, using data and insights to guide decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in commercial strategy, product operations, or business planning in a tech or SaaS environment, B2B experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and co-lead go-to-market and growth initiatives.
  • Strong critical thinking and data interpretation skills to inform product and business decisions.
  • Experience working across product, marketing, sales, and finance teams.
  • Ability to connect market insights to viable, customer-centric strategies and influence team direction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy for key product lines.
  • Translate market research and performance data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial priorities.
  • Support strategic partnerships and business model innovation.
  • Contribute to competitive landscape analysis and market segmentation.
  • Contribute to quarterly business reporting and annual planning cadence.
