About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a Visual Storyteller/Graphic Designer in a marketing or communications team.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).

• Proven experience in end-to-end visual storytelling.
• Experience creating presentations for C-suite and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Produce compelling narratives through visual media for various marketing topics.
• Work directly with Marketing Executive and Leadership to understand communication needs.
• Conduct in-depth audience analysis to determine optimal creative direction.
• Facilitate collaborative working sessions with stakeholders and negotiate feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing Executives to craft impactful narratives that reflect the brand.
• Develop stories from concept to creation, aligning with business objectives.
• Use graphic and multimedia design skills to transform written narratives into visually stunning stories.
• Create and distribute content for presentations, reports, newsletters, and more.
• Promote continuous improvement of visual design strategy and brand guidelines.
• Identify communication challenges and devise actionable plans to enhance storytelling.
• Educate and upskill others in storytelling and communication design.
