The Business Sr. Analyst position enables the organization’s transition to direct-to-customer sales and merchant-of-record operations by delivering secure, compliant, and customer-centric digital payment solutions that support a seamless buying experience. This position requires extensive collaboration with various stakeholders in other business units and has the capability to build robust relationships across various departments and companies.

  • Lead the elicitation and documentation of business and technical requirements for digital payment platforms and enterprise systems
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile and SAFe methodologies
  • Facilitate design workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups
  • Drive Agile Program Increment (PI) planning and retrospectives
  • Oversee application configuration, solution documentation, and third-party integration testing
  • Define and manage test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance tests to support Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and promote high-quality code delivery
  • Conduct functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Maintain comprehensive project artifacts including meeting notes, decisions, issues, and blockers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and quality assurance roles
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce and payment processing configuration
  • Demonstrated experience with point-of-sale configuration and integration
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in a team environment and the ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Experience working with consumer-facing software products
  • Experience with payment gateways, fraud detection systems, or financial transaction platforms
  • Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and automated testing tools
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or financial platforms
  • SQL and data analysis capabilities
