About The Position

As a Business Specialist, you will work with members and potential members to open, service and monitor accounts, process transactions, problem solve and deliver general information about the Credit Union's products and services.

Requirements

One to three years of similar or related experience. Emphasis in managing business preferred.
A two-year college degree or completion of specialized certification or licensing or completion of specialized training courses.
Excellent listening and communication skills and ability to work with discretion.
Ability to work efficiently and exercise good organizational skills

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison for business members, providing support for account openings, closures and ongoing maintenance.
Guide business members through account setup processes including education on the online banking tools
Coordinate cash ordering and deposit services between business members and branch staff to ensure secure and efficient handling.
Assist with Risk Management team for annual compliance reviews.
Ensure all activities adhere to applicable state and federal laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.
