Requirements

• Project and contract management experience utilizing tools and techniques for managing multiple projects and contracts concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
• A bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred, or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining project-related records, costs, databases, and systems.
• Supporting contract management by tracking deliverables and change orders.
• Leading and organizing meetings to sustain project controls and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timing expectations.
• Producing written reports and presentations regarding project progress.
• Coordinating with internal and external project stakeholders to communicate progress and raise risk concerns.
