About The Position
The position involves providing exceptional customer service and operational support for the Bank's Business Digital Banking and related programs. Under the general supervision of the Digital Banking Manager, the role requires acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and assisting with advising and training team members regarding all Digital Banking products and services. The individual will also provide back-up across all Digital Banking programs, assist with product/service research, process efficiency, and implementation of projects or enhancements. The focus is on delivering a superior customer experience to Business Banking customers and supporting staff.
