Provide exceptional customer service and operational support for the Bank's Business Digital Banking and related programs under general supervision of the Digital Banking Manager. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and assist with advising and training team members regarding all Digital Banking products and services. Provide back-up across all Digital Banking programs. Assist with product/service research, process efficiency, and implementation of projects or enhancements.
