About The Position
Under moderate supervision, the Business Solutions Shared Services Consultant I is responsible for the ongoing support, service, and maintenance of Business Solutions group accounts and Business Solutions associates. This position's focus is to provide support through routing incoming client calls, emails, and assisting with the setup of Legal Shield's online portal, Shield at Work, and sending out invoices. Other administrative tasks may be assigned that support the overall success of our employee benefits division. The Business Solutions Shared Services Consultant I focuses on specific tasks or facets of the company as assigned by their direct leader. This role is crucial in completing tactile tasks and fulfilling assigned work duties that help drive the success of the organization. The Business Solutions Shared Services Consultant I will have the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with internal and external contacts, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently. The role requires maintaining autonomy while working on projects and duties. As the breadth of knowledge increases with experience, the Business Solutions Shared Services Consultant I may become eligible to transition to the next level of Business Solutions Shared Services Consultant II. This position is designed for individuals who are adaptable, organized, and capable of building rapport with customers while handling multiple deadlines and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. The consultant will also need to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach and a passion for service in a results-driven environment.
