About The Position

SensaPay is expanding our Los Angeles sales team and seeking driven, relationship-focused field sales professionals to help local businesses modernize how they get paid and how they operate. Our combined platform offers next-generation B2B payment processing, automated invoicing, 200+ accounting/ERP integrations, fraud and chargeback protection, and intuitive, high-performance POS systems built for restaurants, retail, and hospitality. If you love partnering with local business owners, being in the field, and selling solutions that actually make their lives easier, this role offers uncapped earning potential, strong product-market fit, and a large open territory.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in payments, merchant services, POS, or B2B field sales
  • Strong track record managing full sales cycles and closing business
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable demoing solutions to business owners
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Existing network of business owners, restaurant operators, or referral partners is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily through B2B outreach, referrals, networking, community events, and in-person visits
  • Engage restaurants, retailers, and local businesses to uncover needs and present tailored payments or POS solutions
  • Manage deals through install and activation
  • Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
  • Manage your pipeline, schedule, and territory independently
  • Track activity in our CRM and participate in ongoing sales/product training
