Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires 5-7 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Experience in business analysis supporting technical teams; knowledge of pharmacy processes is a plus.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product development activities across core offerings: pharmacy eligibility, prior authorizations, and real-time pharmacy benefits.
• Serve as a Business Analyst, facilitating communication between product management, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Act as a task owner for research items, customer inquiries, and development questions that require analysis.
• Establish and maintain relationships with business partners and IT organizations to provide effective technical solutions.
• Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
• Contribute to short and long-term business planning sessions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage changes in client needs to prioritize business objectives.
• Develop and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for implementation.
• Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new technology.
• Investigate problems and develop recommendations for resolution.
• Analyze performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
