Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience), and continuing education related to the job.
• 3 to 5 years of Business Analysis experience or related work experience in P&C insurance (Personal Lines, Commercial, Agriculture), particularly with respect to operations, business processes, and business solutions with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.
• Guidewire knowledge and experience is ideal.
• An ability to quickly learn and apply acquired knowledge essential to the position.
• Robust communication skills through written and verbal communication, with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Aptitude to promote and foster teamwork and a collaborative work environment.
• Strong problem solving and problem identification skills to identify and mitigate obstacles and conflicts in advance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design, development, and deployment of solutions, tools, and processes required by stakeholders.
• Work with Business Solutions colleagues and business stakeholders to identify, recommend, and define requirements for solutions to business stakeholder needs.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and defect resolution.
