Under general direction of the Contract Lifecycle Management(CLM) Solutions Service Manager, supports business owners in identifying specific business problems and the associated Icertis, (and-related), system needs and services. Interviews business areas for the purpose of defining business needs and priorities and assists the business owner by translating these needs into functional specifications by performing further analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires 1-3 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Requires technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of IIBA principals and practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience Supporting SaaS applications.
• Experience working within the Agile development methodology and with work management tools like Jira.
• Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management and applications designed to support that process.
• Specific experience supporting Icertis Platform configuration.

Responsibilities

• Assumes primary responsibility for analysis and documentation of cost benefit analysis in preparation of business case for new development projects.
• Manages work plan to ensure the timely completion of functional specifications for either new systems or major enhancements.
• Develops proposals that will provide the most appropriate solutions to solve a business need.
• Prepares or oversees the preparation of preliminary user requirements as well as documentation materials for all delivered systems.
• Participates in requirements inspections/peer reviews.
• Assists in the post-implementation analysis and testing to review and evaluate if the requirements were fulfilled.
• Assists in the development of training programs and materials that will assist the end users and customers in better utilizing new or enhanced applications.
• Establishes and maintains liaison relationship with business partners and IT organization in order to provide effective technical solutions.
• Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.
• May assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities.
• Develops, writes, and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions.
• Provides assistance in documenting current business processes and models.
• May provide assistance in business case development (i.e., research, data collection).
• May develop user test cases and validates test results during testing.
• May execute test cases.
• Assists with the investigation and statement of problems.
• Provides support (i.e., creating reports, research, documentation) for the analysis of customer satisfaction data.
• Supports effort to ensure IT solutions meet customers' needs.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
