About The Position

Tekion connects the entire spectrum of the automotive retail ecosystem through one seamless platform, utilizing cutting-edge technology, big data, machine learning, and AI to enhance customer engagement and experience. The role involves facilitating cloud-based DMS onboarding and user training across dealership departments, adapting to both remote and in-person delivery. The position requires managing onboarding activities, guiding implementation specialists, and building strong relationships with dealership personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions (ERP, CRM, or similar).
  • Understanding of key onboarding and adoption metrics within a SaaS business model.
  • Demonstrated success managing customer change in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical jargon into consumable levels of understanding.
  • Ability to translate customer suggestions into technical deliverables.
  • 3+ years in Project Management or Project Lead role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate comprehensive cloud-based DMS onboarding and user training across all dealership departments.
  • Provide engaging instruction and guidance while configuring advanced SaaS workflows and system integrations.
  • Guide, mentor, and direct additional implementation specialists assigned to projects.
  • Obtain critical milestone signoffs from key dealership stakeholders.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate implementation risks.
  • Manage all onboarding and training activities using digital runbooks.
  • Successfully complete an intensive 8–10 week SaaS product certification and training program.
  • Navigate customer organizational change and manage resistance.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with all dealership personnel.
  • Collect and synthesize user training feedback for product improvement.
  • Represent Tekion professionally in all customer and stakeholder interactions.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
