The minimum and maximum projected hourly pay for this position is: $28.02 to $42.91. The Business Solutions Administrator supports the configuration, maintenance, and operation of assigned banking applications. This role assists with systems documentation, user support, and data integration monitoring to ensure seamless functionality across departments.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Business Intelligence report writing experience
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Enjoy very detailed research and documentation.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Core banking application administration experience
  • Experience in deposit or loan banking operations
  • FIS Global Banking Core System knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
