About The Position
As a Business Solution Design Senior Manager, you will lead the Business Transformation Services (BTS) Digital Transformation (DX) practice area and contribute to the Investment Operations Long Term Strategic Plan. You and your team will have a direct impact in enabling Capital Group's ability to support new investment services, investment vehicles, asset types, and optimize current operational processes to achieve greater scale to support business growth. You will be responsible for inspiring and developing your team and working with peers to prioritize, organize, and execute work. You will leverage your teams' technical and process design expertise to partner with Investment Operations leaders to design and implement solutions which result in more simplified and scalable processes. To thrive in this role, you embrace ambiguity and lean into environments where you can step out of your comfort zone to open the door to innovation. You'll be responsible for building strong partnerships with other parts of the business including Client Groups, Technology, Enterprise Data, and Enterprise Change. You will be responsible for cultivating strong connections with the BTS senior leadership team and championing the DX practice.
