Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Business Solution Architect - Agentic AI! In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), autonomous agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Skilled in prompt engineering and multi-agent task coordination.
  • Proven experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and Dynamics.
  • Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to define measurable success metrics.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client use cases to pinpoint opportunities for deploying agentic AI solutions, such as workflow automation, decision agents, and process orchestration.
  • Lead the design of multi-agent architectures, prompt strategies, and decision-flow logic to enable autonomous operations.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into client systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and Helpdesk platforms.
  • Oversee the development of proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to validate business impact and drive innovation.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy, latency, and cost per task.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to compliance, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
  • Create comprehensive client-facing technical documentation, capability roadmaps, and training materials to support solution deployment.
