In this role, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert for business accounts, ensure high-quality account administration and compliance, and collaborate closely with team members and business Members to deliver timely, effective solutions that elevate the Member experience. What You’ll Do: Responsible for all of the functionality, Administration, quality control, process improvements, and act as the SME for business accounts along with all of Royal's suite of business products and services. The desire to ensure the best member experiences is achieved with the high standard of quality work that is performed. Will work with Treasury Officers, Business Lenders, team members, and members by listening to needs and offering solutions for a quick resolution for our members. What’s Needed for This Position: High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) year of previous customer service experience Two (2) years of experience working in financial services Experience at a financial in a direct Member assisting/support role Six (6) months of processing and/or direct support of business products and Members Must be bondable upon hire Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle upon hire Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated expertise in onboarding, maintaining, auditing, and administering business accounts and business services while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of quality across all work performed. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations, identify Member needs, develop effective solutions, and clearly present options to Members and internal team members. Excellent communication and mentoring abilities, including the capacity to clearly explain business products and services, guide team members on procedures, and manage internal and external inquiries in a concise, accurate, and timely manner. Proven organizational and time-management skills, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability to manage multiple priorities, daily audits, reports, and Member requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Technological proficiency and adaptability, including comfort using digital banking platforms, Microsoft Office tools, and emerging technologies to support business Members and internal processes. We’d Love To See: Proficient in new account opening and servicing for One (1) year of previous experience working with business accounts and business entities One (1) year of previous experience with digital financial products and services Work Schedule: Full-Time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Hours and shifts vary between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. Training: Training will take place at corporate center and can take approximately 2-3 months.
