About The Position

Collaborates with Mountain America Business Members and internal credit union employees to deliver operational support for Business Services, encompassing applications and cash management services. The position is located at Mountain America Center, 9800 S Monroe St Sandy, UT 84070. The schedule is full time, Monday-Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully. The role involves partnering with branch and corporate personnel to provide timely, accurate, and quality service for Business Services members. It includes providing operational support for all cash management services, underwriting applications for business services cash management services, and assisting cash management members with various systems used to submit ACH files, online wire transfers, remote deposit capture, and positive pay. Member assistance with system issues is required, necessitating a functional knowledge of the cash management systems and the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues. The position also involves identifying opportunities and making referrals within the credit union and to the SBA Department, Commercial Real Estate, and Mortgage department. Compliance with all regulations as required by law is essential, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, FACT Act, GLBA, Regulation CC, and Regulation DD. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
  • Basic computer operating skills (Windows navigation, mouse/keyboard functionality).
  • Intermediate to advanced level skill for Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to read, understand, and carry out instructions in written and oral form.
  • General computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and Outlook.
  • Ability to understand financial statement analysis (income statement and balance sheet) and cash flow.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for all cash management services.
  • Underwrite all applications for business services cash management services.
  • Assist cash management members with various systems used to submit ACH files, online wire transfers, remote deposit capture, and positive pay.
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues with cash management systems.
  • Identify opportunities and make referrals within the credit union and to other departments.
  • Comply with all regulations as required by law.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
