About The Position
This position is open to Alaska Residents only. Please check our residency definition to determine if you qualify. Pay is based on the location of the selected applicant; salary will be discussed at the time of the interview. You will coordinate multiple, complex, enterprise-wide initiatives through business groups, IT staff, and stakeholders. This is your opportunity to help the State of Alaska improve operational delivery through coordination, process improvement, and project management. On assigned initiatives, you will identify risks and resolve issues before they arise to meet objectives and deliver on time and within budget. You will engage stakeholders and apprise executives of project status, schedule, budget, and quality, surfacing capacity, resourcing, and any other roadblocks requiring executive decisions and actions. Through rapport and relationships, you will influence stakeholders to remove barriers and facilitate success of change efforts.
