About The Position
The position of Business Services Coordinator is responsible for processing all types of new business account transactions; assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services; providing support to the Business Services team, cross-selling SVB’s products and services; opening, maintaining and closing of all account types; performing clerical duties; and maintaining superior customer relations and support. In addition the Business Services Coordinator assures compliance with all SVB policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
