What this job involves: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Services Coordinator to support operational excellence through process optimization, training development, and program coordination. This role is essential in ensuring smooth business operations through effective documentation, training, and change management support. What your day-to-day will look like: • Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive process guides, SOPs, and workflow documentation while analyzing existing processes to identify improvement opportunities • Training Development: Design engaging training materials including presentation decks, guides, and learning modules, partnering with department leaders to identify training needs • Program Launch Support: Assist in planning and executing new program launches, coordinating cross-functional teams and developing communication plans for seamless implementation • Training Delivery & Tracking: Support training session delivery, and gather feedback for continuous improvement of learning programs • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to ensure accurate documentation and successful program rollouts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Proficiency in Smartsheets
