The Business Services Analyst will manage OCWR Real Estate and Programs, provide direct support to the Reporting and Program Support Manager, OCWR staff, and internal and external agencies to meet OCWR's property management and infrastructure program/project objectives. The position will allow OCWR to effectively manage its properties and potential revenue from leases and temporary property uses and continue to provide administrative support to its current and future infrastructure and program needs.
