IdeaTek is looking for a Business Sales Representative (Inbound Focus) to convert inbound leads into long-term business customers. You'll be the first voice many clients hear—responding to inquiries, qualifying needs, and showcasing the value of our broadband services. If you’re driven, people-focused, and excited about helping Kansas businesses get connected, this role is for you. Location: This role is a hybrid position based in Hutchinson, Buhler, or Wichita, KS. A Day in the Life You’ll start your day reviewing new inbound leads—whether they came through our e-commerce platform or over the phone. You’ll reach out quickly, establish rapport, and uncover what the business really needs. From there, you’ll walk them through available solutions, address any concerns, and help them confidently choose IdeaTek. Throughout the day, you’ll track progress in our CRM, follow up with potential clients, and share feedback with the team to help improve our inbound experience.
