POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Sales Operations Outfitter provides frontline operational and customer support for Bass Pro Shops Business Sales customers. This role is responsible for handling inbound Business Sales communications, supporting CRM-driven workflows, coordinating logo setup requests, and proactively engaging assigned Government and Retail accounts to identify sales opportunities. This position plays a critical role in delivering consistent, professional, and brand-aligned experience for our business customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Business Sales Customer Support – 50% Answer inbound Business Sales phone contacts in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information regarding business sales items and programs Deliver service aligned with Bass Pro Shops brand standards Sales Operations & CRM Support – 15% Manage leads, activities, and customer records within a CRM tool Execute assigned off-call work, including proper documentation Ensure data accuracy and adherence to established Business Sales processes Logo Setup Coordination – 15% Initiate new logo setup requests and collect required customer assets Partner directly with the Art Team to coordinate logo set up steps Communicate updates and next steps to all process stakeholders Proactive Account Engagement – 10% Conduct outbound outreach to select accounts, promoting sales opportunities Perform routine follow-ups to select accounts, promoting sales opportunities Identify and escalate qualified opportunities to Business Sales Account Managers Team & Operational Support – 10% Support coverage needs, team initiatives, and operational priorities as assigned Maintain working knowledge of Business Sales programs, tools, and procedures
