Territory: Pacific Northwest The Business Manager responsible for effectively managing all existing and potential customers within an assigned product category and serving as the primary contact between the Company and its customers in the Pacific Northwest territory. They will be responsible for strategic accounts and account/business acquisition in a defined category across all channels. They create and execute short and mid-term business strategies and performance according to the account plan (delivering the month, quarter, and year per plan). Will work with all levels of the organization and will be responsible for relationships with global, key account leaders. The Business Manager will: Adapt the mix of products to the real needs and potential of each market, aiming at the strategic interests of the company and customer satisfaction Monitor the activities of the competition, aiming to provide the company with information Provides input and educates product management, marketing, and manufacturing organization on customer needs and issues Progressively responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and landing new customers / new business The Business Manager should have: The ability to do lead adjustments as needed.
