About The Position

Join the Future of Connectivity with Metronet and Vexus! As a Sales Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, providing support to our Sales Manager and Account Executives. This often includes, but isn't limited to, ordering collateral, training management how to best utilize Salesforce, ensuring compliance to company guidelines and processes, coordinating events, and assisting with marketing and promotional tasks.

Requirements

  • High School degree: additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce would be a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training of new Account Executive hires on SalesForce, SharePoint, & QManager
  • Attend weekly Administrative Meetings and provide updates as needed
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for sales reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order marketing material for Account Executives and Managers
  • Ad placement for marketing and promotional activities
  • Event coordination and support
  • Tier 1 Support for SalesForce
  • Order office supplies
  • Liaison with current Corporate Business Sales Administrator to handle requests and queries from Vice President of Sales and other Senior Metronet Management
  • Research & distribution of leads
  • Assist with proposal development on major presentations
  • Attend weekly Utility Access Agreement meetings & coordinate UAA's with Legal Team
  • Other job-related duties as requested
