You will create and maintain Power BI dashboards as self-service business intelligence solutions for multiple stakeholders, from requirements gathering to report design, development, implementation and deployment. Additionally, you will perform exploratory data analysis, data transformation and build WAC data infrastructure in Azure SQL server. You will also build individual and team level productivity reports, sales and talent dashboards to determine key areas of improvement to help facilitate effective business and process transformation. Furthermore, you will develop and create client outreach campaigns from the database, and track yield and progress reporting. Supporting new business initiatives by performing strategic and analytical assessments on an ad hoc basis will also be part of your role. You will become a subject matter expert on UBS data sources and their respective data points, support ad hoc reporting needs to answer data questions and inform management and decision makers, optimize, enhance, overhaul, replace or discontinue existing reports as needed, and help drive report adoption and assist report audiences with training or troubleshooting to ensure reports are being utilized and providing value.
