Requirements

• 7 plus years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to think strategically and handle complex concepts.
• Proficient at driving and adapting to change.
• Strong computer skills with understanding of various types of software and their use, and working knowledge of AI concepts and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• A valid CPA License with firm Audit Experience.
• Ability to exercise significant levels of independent judgment and discretion when analyzing complex issues and risk across industry and service lines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposed business relationships and maintain EY's independence from audit clients and their affiliates.
• Interpret policies, analyze business relationship issues, determine required actions, and make recommendations based on firm guidance.
• Review BRIDGE records and external content produced by the firm from an independence perspective.
• Document conclusions on permissibility.
• Enhance decision-making, communication, analytical and technical skills.

• Base salary range of $96,300 to $180,100.
• Base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California is $115,600 to $204,600.
