About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will: Provide support for WellsOne customers Coordinate and execute the distribution of commercial cards to designated customers. Maintain and update customer address information to ensure accurate delivery. Provide card shipment tracking details upon request to internal teams or customers. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the WellsOne Service team to resolve inquiries and support card-related processes. Help with customer associated risk management Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Receive direction from leaders Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with WellsOne Commercial Card
  • Knowledge and familiarity of WellsOne Cardroom policies, procedures and process
  • Knowledge of TSYS , FedEx Ship Manager, Excel workbook tools
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products; especially Outlook and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
