As the Business Relationship Manager (Advisor) at our Miramar Operations Center, you be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with prospective and existing business members. This role serves as a consultative partner to members by assessing needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and delivering solutions that support member goals and business objectives. The position requires a strong sales mindset, effective business development skills, the ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities, and a high level of personal accountability for sales activity and follow-through. The role also requires strategic thinking, sound judgment, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in support of overall member satisfaction and revenue growth.
