About The Position
The Business Quality Analyst performs a cross-functional role that supports both Business Analysis (BA) and Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives by capturing and understanding business requirements, and by identifying test cases and testing the requirements. This role involves assessing systems or processes for defects, gaps, or potential areas for improvement, and assisting decision-makers in gathering information to make informed decisions. The position requires participation and collaboration in an Agile team environment, working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business teams to understand overall business flows.
