Requirements

  • Master's degree in industrial or organizational psychology.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading assessments in HR, Learning, or Executive Development.
  • Expertise in Talent Assessment, Talent Management, 360 Feedback, Team Development, Leadership Development, and Performance Management Models.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of building collaborative business relationships.
  • Strong business insight into the TJX business model.
  • Excellent consulting and coaching skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Proficient in navigating ambiguous situations.

  • Certification as a Business or Executive Coach.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with HR Leadership and Senior Executives on assessment strategy and implementation.
  • Act as a key member of the design and execution team for assessment tool-related pilot studies.
  • Oversee governance, oversight, quality control, and development of assessment services.
  • Analyze job performance and psychological assessment data to identify predictive indicators of leadership and job effectiveness.
  • Conduct and debrief Pre-Hire and Post-Hire Leadership Development Assessments.
  • Train HR and Executive Development partners on assessment usage and interpretation.
  • Manage external Business Psychologists and act as an in-house consultant.
