About The Position

Are you passionate about streamlining processes, driving cross-functional projects, and supporting operational readiness for product launches? Join our team as a Business Projects and Process Specialist, where you'll play a key role in bridging Marketing, Sales Ops, IT, and Engineering to enable efficient, accurate, and compliant business operations in a regulated environment. This role is primarily remote, with a preference for occasional onsite presence in Marlborough, MA for candidates within commuting distance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving business process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Oracle ERP, Agile PLM, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong skills in process development, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead transactional and quote-to-cash testing for new product launches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with regulated industries (medical devices preferred) and change management best practices.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Scrum, Lean).
• Experience with configuration or quoting workflows.
• Exposure to UAT coordination and process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless product launches and operational readiness.
• Develop, document, and continuously improve business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Drive end-to-end quote-to-cash testing, including pricing, SKU setup, and quoting configuration.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve process gaps and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support and optimize enterprise system workflows in Salesforce CPQ, Oracle ERP, Agile PLM, or equivalent platforms.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and onboarding as processes and systems evolve.
