Requirements

  • Experienced in emerging talent/university recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrated program management skills and can take the lead on global projects.
  • Proven organizer who can prioritize day-to-day tasks to achieve goals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience being adaptable in changing and evolving situations.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by chances to define and build something from nothing.
  • Ability to partner with and influence business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, build and implementation of Intern, Graduate, Apprenticeship, Military and Career Discovery & Exploration Programs.
  • Deliver an excellent employee experience to Emerging Talent hires in the AMERS region, and Seattle office specifically.
  • Partner with global Programs team members to design, plan and deliver the annual Internship Program, Expedia Group Graduate Program (EGGP) and other programs as required.
  • Organize and deliver an engaging calendar of events including skills sessions, learning workshops, leadership talks, panels, intern project showcases and social events.
  • Build effective relationships and provide pastoral care to program participants through quarterly 1:1 meetings and ad-hoc support.
  • Educate and support hiring managers throughout the program experience, delivering training and becoming a trusted subject matter expert.
  • Partner with key business and Global Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand business context when designing program offerings.
  • Ensure robust data tracking across all programs, identifying insights and trends and storytelling through data.
  • Participate in project work and offer support across the team as required.
  • Build and demonstrate market insights and knowledge by proactively attending relevant events.
